The light, only approx. 20g/qm strong, very durable Décopatch-Paper is ideal for wood, glass, Terracotta, papier-mâché, and much more. Carefully cut or even torn, you can create new patterns again and again - a simple technique that leaves a lot of room for your creativity

Which craft material do I need for the Décopatch technique?
For the Décopatch-technique a substrate to be glued, such as wood, Terracotta, metal, etc., appropriate Décopatch-Paper, Décopatch glue and Décopatch lacquer are required.
How do I make the Décopatch technique?
The Décopatch technique is best suited for light surfaces. For this reason it is recommended to prime Terracotta or wood in advance with white or at least light colour and let it dry well. After you have decided on one or more papers, there is now the possibility to either cut out individual sections or to tear Paper into pieces of different sizes in order to glue them together later like a mosaic. Apply Décopatch adhesive to the substrate, place the individual Décopatch motifs and apply Décopatch adhesive again (always from the inside out). Proceed in this way further, until the entire area to be covered with Décopatch-Paper is covered. Let everything dry well. To enjoy your creative idea for a long time, seal the entire surface with Décopatch lacquer. For objects that are in frequent use, it is even recommended to apply two coats of Décopatch lacquer
