Design a lantern bottle with decoupage
Decoupage is the technique of decoratively sticking high-quality motif straw silk, specially developed for this hobby, onto objects:
Take the decoupage-straw silk paper, , choose your favorite motifs and cut them out carefully.
Coat the lantern bottle evenly with paperpatch glue (decoupage glue) and then apply the straw silk paper as smoothly as possible.
This works best if you use a soft brush to smooth it out.
Then seal the Paper with another layer of glue, as this is transparent and therefore serves as a protective varnish.
Decorate a second wind light-bottle in the same way.
For the perfect look, use double-sided adhesive tape to stick a decorative ribbon around the bottle on the edge of your glued-on straw silk paper. ribbon.
