Amount of wax for candle mold Bubble Large: approx. 240 g
Amount of wax for small bubble candle mold: approx. 50 g
Important: The wax must not be heated above 60 - 70 °C, otherwise it will decompose and the candle will be uneven or even crumble when it is removed from the mold!
First pierce the middle of the mold with a pointed object such as a awl and pull the wick through this hole. If you like, you can already shorten the wick at both ends. The next step is to melt the wax. It is best to use a thermometer, as the wax must never be heated above 70 °C! Now pour the wax into the mold if you don't want to color it.
For the colored version, add the wax coloring granules as desired. Once the wax has melted and been colored, pour it into the molds. Make sure that the wick is in the middle. You can use a bamboo skewer to help you, for example, by placing it on the casting mold so that the wick remains in the middle.
