The playful Casting mould "Lavender love" shows eight spring motifs around lavender. The casting mould has a DIN A4 format with a height of approx. 0.7 - 1.1 cm and has a filling capacity of approx. 210 ml. From the spring collection Provence. The different shapes hearts, circles and squares have a motif size of approx. 3.4 - 8.5 cm.
With concrete or white creative casting slip, this shape is wonderful to work with. Mix a coloring agent into the suitable casting compound in advance or decorate the hardened motifs afterwards with craft colors, beads, glitter, ribbon and more. Ideal as creative gift tags or for decoration on greeting cards, stretcher frames, wooden signs and Co. The playful motifs with great texture in the form of lavender, fonts, ornaments and other flowers provide chic accents.
A great addition are the straw silks, stencils, scrapbook papers, laser cut designs and die cuts from the same collection.
Tips to use:
Preparations:
Mix the desired casting compound according to the instructions. If you wish, you can color it with color pigment powder.
Application:
Slowly pour the mixed casting compound into the casting mould. Leave a rim of at least 2 mm free to make it easier to demould your casting later.
Gently tap the casting mould so that the mixture is evenly distributed and any air bubbles come to the surface. You can then prick these with a lace object.
Time to dry:
Allow the casting compound to harden well. Follow the drying times specified in the instructions for the casting compound.
Work to finish:
You can now demould your casting. If the casting does not come off simply by dropping it, you can carefully loosen the mould all around with your fingers and tap it against the mould.
Good to know:
For detailed moulds, we recommend using a mould release agent or release wax to protect the mould.
