What is the decoupage technique?
Decoupage refers to crafting with high-quality motif straw silk.
The Paper usually weighs 28 g/sqm, is printed with clear motifs and is exceptionally tear-resistant and waterproof.
For the decoupage technique, a motif is cut out of the Paper and fixed to the craft blank with glue.
How to craft with decoupage
Choose one straw silk paper and carefully cut out the desired motif. Coat the candle with candle potch. This varnish is flame-retardant and also handicraft glue and coating varnish. Place the cut-out motif on the candle and smooth it out with a soft brush and some candle potch.
Use the VBS patch varnish for the easter eggs . If you first insert a bamboo skewer through the opening of your ice , you can coat it all over with the varnish and then easily stick the decoupage Paper on. You can then simply stick your finished easter eggs into a piece of bamboo to dry flower arrangement foam to dry.
Decorating the Easter wreath
Stick eucalyptusinto the willow wreath and fix this branch with hot glue if necessary. Place akandelaar into the wreath and stick a candle on top. Then attach some Iceland moss to the wreath and stick your decorated eggs on top. Pluck some blossoms from from apple blossom branches and decorate the Easter wreath with them too. Use hot glue to fix all the decorative parts to the wreath.
Finally, place the second candle you have made on a candle plate in the wreath.
