Making animals from wooden sticks

Are you looking for a fun craft idea for you and your children? Then these animals made from wooden sticks are just the thing for you! With little material, you can make cute animals as hangers, bookmarks and for playing.

Variant 1 Animals:

Print out the templates and cut them out. Transfer to the desired papers on the cardboard block and cut out again. Glue together with VBS handicraft glue and 3D-glue pads together. Glue on the wobbly eyes . Wrap one chenille wire around the wooden stick. Glue the head on with VBS handicraft glue glue on the head.

Variant 2 birds:

Glue five colored wooden sticks VBS handicraft glue glue them together on the narrow sides. Twice per bird so that they look good from both sides. When the glue has dried, glue on a body feathersand glue a loop from the warp yarn on top (for hanging up later). Glue the second body on top with handicraft glue and press firmly together or fix in place with clips. Fold the orange craft cardboard sheet into a strip approx. 3 cm wide. Starting at the closed side, cut out various large triangles as beaks. Glue on the beaks and the wobbly eyes .

Tip: If you want the birds to hang freely, you can glue beaks and eyes on both sides so that they look great from both sides.
