First prime the VBS decorative panel with the wood stain. We have opted for the color ultramarine here.
As soon as the glaze is completely dry, you can stick the muggle stones on with mosaic joint filler. Leave to dry.
For the small message in a bottle, fill the glass bottle with some shell granules. If you like, you can add other items such as vacation memories/small present or a rolled-up piece of paper to the bottle.
Now place the stencil on the decorative plate with some spray adhesive. Dab the motif with decorative snow, remove the stencil and leave everything to dry. You can clean the stencil with water.
Finally, attach the small message in a bottle with mosaic joint filler and fill any gaps with the paste. Allow to dry thoroughly.
