Color the large polystyrene heart, the bamboo skewers and the scatter decoration with Chalky Color. We used the shades antique rose and antique grey . Let the paint dry.
Pour into the inside of the cup flower arrangement foam and place the wedding couple on top. Stick the bamboo skewers into the flower arrangement foam and attach the polystyrene heart to them with a little glue.
Decorate the whole thing with the sprinkles and the mini bunting. Wrap the banknotes in an organza bag and tie it to the bamboo skewers.
