Instructions No. 3202
Difficulty: Beginner
Working time: 1 hour
Start by mixing the casting compound. Mix the casting powder with water until an even, lump-free consistency is achieved. Pour this carefully into a prepared casting mould. To avoid air bubbles in the casting compound, tap the mould gently on your work surface. Leave the casting compound to rest and set for about an hour. Once it has hardened, carefully remove the work from the mould and decorate it with your choice of flowers.
The next step is to decorate a terracotta pot. Choose a colour you like and paint the pot. Once the paint has dried, fill the pot with flower arrangement foam, which will serve as a stabiliser for the flowers. Place your flowers creatively in the pot and fill in the gaps with natural moss to give the whole thing a harmonious look.
To give your arrangement a personal touch, choose the lettering "Frühlingsreif" and transfer it to the desired surface using blue paper. Blue paper is a special transfer paper that helps you to transfer your design easily and precisely onto the material. Then use a burning tool to burn in the lettering in style.
Glue the wooden blocks according to your ideas to form the foundation of your decoration. Wrap a chain of lights around the base to create a soft, atmospheric glow. Place the painted terracotta pot and a matching decorative bunny on the wooden foundation to complete your spring arrangement.
