The first step is to transfer the templates to craft cardboard sheet . There are two ways to do this: Either you cut out the templates and trace the outlines with a pencil or you transfer the motifs with graphite paper.Once you have transferred the motifs, cut them out along the continuous lines with scissors.

Place the vellum paper on the motif. Roughly trace it with a pencil, cut it out and stick it to the inside of the craft cardboard sheet.

You can use a black pen to draw a face, buttons or other decorations. Glue the wobbly eyes on with a little VBS handicraft glue on. Leave the lanterns to dry briefly.

Use the hole punch to punch two holes at the top end. The wind light can be closed here later with a ribbon .
Then trace all the dotted lines with the folding bone and a ruler and fold them inwards. Apply some glue to the glue flaps VBS handicraft glue and glue the wind light together.

You can cut out hats, scarves or small decorative elements from the felt as you wish. You can also shape the chenille wire as you wish and use it to embellish the lanterns.

Finally, place an LED tea light in the wind light, close it with a ribbon, put the hat on the figure, tie a scarf around it and enjoy the light.
