Prime the MDF board with Hobby-Color in white, the ring and clock hands in black.
When the paint is dry, spray Stencil with adhesive spray and place it on the white board.
Punch and brush the different colours onto the stencil cut-outs and use a brush to add fine accents of colour, including the frame and clock hands.
When the plates are well dried, seal the entire surface and the clock hands with the varnish.
Now put the clock together, mount the clockwork, glue the ring with effect glue on the wall clock and attach the hanger on the back.
