Step 1: Moulding the letters
Mix the casting powder with water until you have a creamy mixture. Pour this into the moulds provided. To avoid unsightly air bubbles, tap the filled mould lightly on a firm surface several times.
Step 2: Drying and finishing
Leave the filled moulds to dry for about an hour. Then carefully press the letters out of the moulds. If there are any sharp edges, you can easily smooth them out with some sandpaper.
Step 3: Creative decoration
Place the dried letters on your bark disc. Fix them with a little handicraft glue if necessary. Use eucalyptus leaves and decorative scatter decorations to create a personalised look. Use craft glue or hot glue to attach the scatter decorations to the birch discs and then attach everything to the bark disc.
Tip for personalised design
For a particularly individual touch, you can colour the casting powder with VBS colour concentrates in the colours of your choice. In this way, you can perfectly adapt your decorative elements to any wedding theme and also use them as decorations for other celebrations.
