Step 1: Casting the letters
Mix the casting powder with water until you have a creamy mixture. Pour this into the molds provided. To avoid unsightly air bubbles, tap the filled mold lightly on a firm surface several times.
Step 2: Drying and finishing
Leave the filled molds to dry for about hour . Then carefully press the letters out of the molds. If there are any sharp edges, you can easily smooth them out with a little sandpaper .
Step 3: Creative decoration
Place the dried letters on your bark slice. If necessary, fix them in place with a little handicraft glue. Use eucalyptus leaves and decorative sprinkles to create an individual look. Use craft glue or hot glue to attach the scatter decoration to the birch slices and then attach everything to the bark slice.
Tip for individual design
For a particularly individual touch, you can color the casting powder with VBS colour concentrate in the colors of your choice. This way, you can perfectly adapt your decorative elements to any wedding theme and also use them as decorations for other celebrations.
