Do you already know our cute birds made of bark slices? No - but then it is high time! These are easy to make and will please every owner. They can not only be created by adults very well, but also children have a bright joy in creating colorful little dolls. With only little material like bark Paper, slices, wire and a little bit of paint these cute birds are quickly brought to life.

This is how the little birds are made:
First paint the bark slices with your selected craft colours. Here you can choose your favourite colours and colours according to the season. Punch now with a Craft Punch circles out of natural cardboard. We have here on our 3 VBS Craft Punch-Set "Circles", because we need three different sized circles. The big circle is used for the wings, the middle circle for the beaks and eyes and with the small circle we also punch out circles for the eyes. With the VBS Hole punch (largest attachment) punch out pupils from the black natural cardboard and points for the belly from white cardboard.

For the beaks, cut two curves away from the middle circles, so that you get a triangle with one rounded side

Glue everything with Handicraft glue to the bark disc. The wings are glued to the back of the bark disc and then cut into the bark disc to create Feathers the look of

Then form the legs with feet from winding wire. These are also glued Handicraft glue to the back of the bark disc or you drill two small holes into the bark disc from below

At the top of the bark discs, screw a screw eye into the discs and attach a Ribbon hanging loop.
