A beautiful decoration for the autumn season - simply cast it yourself! First you cast the pumpkins from casting slip and then fill them with wax for candles. A bright idea that looks great.
You can choose whether you cast the pumpkins from white casting slip or concrete and you can also color the wax for candles and add fragrance.
Mix 6 tablespoons of Raysin and/or concrete according to the instructions on the packet at mixing cup . Pour the mixture into the mold. After filling, tap the mold a few times so that all the air bubbles rise.
The Raysin pumpkin can be removed from the mold after just 4 hours Time to dry: .
The concrete pumpkin can be removed from the mold after 12 hours.
Allow both castings to dry completely!!!
Melt approx. 12 tablespoons of organic wax together with a candle drop at a temperature of 60 - 70 °C.
Depending on the color and fragrance intensity, more drops can of course be used. The organic wax ensures creamy, pastel color results.
Place the wick in the middle of the dried candle drop, then slowly pour in the wax and leave to harden.
