And it's that easy:
Prime the mushroom men on the face, the cap brim and the bobble with white Handicraft paint and let the primer dry.
Print out the motif template of the faces, stick them together at the marking, cut the outer contours to size, transfer the contours to the mushrooms with carbon paper.
Now colour the figures as shown in the picture. To get the shades, mix some Black with Red for the mushroom caps and some Red with Skin Tones for the faces.
After the paint has dried, cleanly trace all contours with the black liner. Put the mushroom figure into the base and fix it with hot glue or wood glue.
To emphasize the brim and bobble you can additionally cover it with plush, Felt or cotton wool.
