What do you think of our cute bunny? With felt and our templates you can easily design it. And you can keep a nice greeting or a gift for a loved one in the belly bag. Beautiful as a decoration, as a table decoration and as small present for Easter.
transfer the templates to the respective felt and cut out all parts cleanly with sharp scissors. It is best to use a sublimated pencil for transferring, as this can be removed afterwards with a damp cloth.
Glue the inside of the ears with hot glue. Sew the pocket together using the slip stitch/application stitch.
This is how the slip stitch works:
For the slip stitch, work from right to left. Insert the needle at the point that has already been punched, move to the right to the next hole, insert again and cut out vertically at stitch height. Your thread is under the tip of the needle. Repeat this loop stitch to the right with the next and subsequent holes.
Glue on the nose and paint on the eyes. Then decorate the bunny with a flower (here a ranunculus).
If you want your bunny to stand upright, you can make him a stand from a round stick and a wooden disk. To do this, glue the round stick to the center of a wooden disc. Then fix the bunny to the stick with hot glue.
