Step 4: Eyes and beak create life

For the eyes, cut out two circles (template C) and attach the wobbly eyes "Maxi" to them. They give your design a playful touch. Now the beak is missing: use the larger beak (template D) and apply hot glue to the edge of the foam rubber. Bend it carefully and press it firmly onto the school cone. Repeat the same process for the lower beak (template E).

Step 5: Personal note with name

For a personal touch, cut out two additional feathers and label them with the name of the future schoolchild. Glue them on top of each other with hot glue. Use a hole punch to make a hole and pull the cotton cord through it. A knot at the end holds everything securely together.

Step 6: Final filling and closure

Now fill the school cone with little surprises and close it carefully with the cotton cord. Make sure that everything is well stowed away so that the contents remain safe during transportation.
