1. Color the wooden elements:
First paint the wooden plant bowl, the snails VBS Snails, the VBS Wood-plugs and some scatter decoration with wood stain. Let the paint dry completely before continuing.
2. Fine sanding for a smooth surface:
After the wood stain has dried, the protruding wood fibers can be lightly sanded with fine sandpaper . This will give your project a smooth and professional finish.
3. Artistic lettering:
Next, print out the lettering and transfer it to the prepared wooden planter using graphite paper. You can then trace the lettering exactly using the Posca marker . There are no limits to your creativity - draw further outlines and patterns to refine the design.
4. Set decorative accents:
Wrap the terracotta pot and the plant bowl with the decorative ribbons . You can then fix the scatter decoration in place with a little handicraft glue to add further decorative elements.
5. Protection for outdoors:
If you want to place your artistic creations outdoors, we strongly recommend that you also apply a protective varnish . This not only protects only from the weather, but also intensifies the colors and extends the life of your artwork.
