Ahoy, sailor! These beautiful ships are easy to make from foil. They are made from foil covered with straw silk paper and from terracotta pots. Bring the maritime feeling into your home with this decoration! Set sail and get crafting straight away!
transfer the templates to the pinwheel foil and cut them out. Tear the straw silk paper into large pieces and ideally combine two different motifs. The straw silk paper will hold better if you first apply napkin varnish to the pinwheel foil, place the straw silk paper on top and then paint over it again with napkin varnish . Punch holes in the top and bottom center of the sails. Pull a round rod through each of these holes.
Paint the clay pots in the colors of your choice and fill them with flower arrangement foam. Stick the sails into the flower arrangement foam and fill the rest of the top with shell granules and shells.
At the top of each sail, attach a wooden ballwhich is best painted in the same handicraft paint as the terracotta pot. Now decorate the clay pots with the fishing net ribbon, shells and your desired decorative elements.
